AirDog II-4G Installation for Any Skill Level

The installation of any AirDog/Raptor system has been designed with the customer in mind. We know not everyone has special tools or fabrication skills, so the installation was made as easy as possible with basic hand tools and the, occasional, power drill. The quick-connect fittings and fuel lines make this a true plug and go installation, reducing the overall installation time. The step-by-step manual outlines each process of the installation and is accompanied by visual guides to aid your progress.

The Pureflow AirDog II 4G 200 GPH A6SABD027 lift pump, or Fuel Preporator, is a must have upgrade for your aggresively modified 1994-1998 12V P-Pump 5.9L Cummins . The fuel system on your diesel truck is the heart of the vehicles performance and reliability. This high volume and low pressure (25-30 psi) 12V lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The pressure side will directly connect to the P-Pump and bypass the factory mechanical pump and filter housing. The suction side connects to the supplied 1/2 draw straw suction tube installed on the fuel tank.

The AirDog 2 4G DF-200 will solve infamous P0087 & P1093 low fuel rail pressure codes. This positive supply of purified fuel being fed to your injection pump will add performance, throttle response, and longevity to your vehicle. Due to extra stress on your fuel system from either high mileage and/or additional performance modifications, like a tuner or larger injectors, your injection pump can become weak over time. This may result in a drop of performance, reliability, and fuel economy. The supplied water separator (WS100) and fuel filter (FF100-2), that mount to the pump, filter your fuel down to a 2 micron rating surpassing the stock filtration system capabilities.
