AirDogII-4G Installation for Any Skill Level
The installation of any AirDog/Raptor system has been designed with the customer in mind. We know not everyone has special tools or fabrication skills, so the installation was made as easy as possible with basic hand tools and the, occasional, power drill. The quick-connect fittings and fuel lines make this a true plug and go installation, reducing the overall installation time. The step-by-step manual outlines each process of the installation and is accompanied by visual guides to aid your progress.

The Pureflow AirDog II 4G 100GPH A6SPBD253 lift pump, or Fuel Preporator, is a must have upgrade for your 1998.5-2004 24V 5.9L Cummins. The fuel system on a Cummins is the heart of the vehicles performance and reliability. This low pressure (15-17 psi) Cummins lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction/fuel supply side connects directly to the factory quick disconnect fittings on the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly to the VP44 or CP3 injection pump bypassing the factory block mounted pump and fuel canister.

The AirDog 2 4G DF-100 Cummins lift pump will solve the infamous P0087 & P1093 low fuel rail pressure codes. This positive supply of purified fuel being fed to your injection pump will also add performance, throttle response, and longevity to your vehicle. Due to extra stress on your fuel system from either high mileage and/or additional performance modifications, like a tuner or larger injectors, your injection pump can become weak over time. This may result in a drop of performance, reliability, and fuel economy. The supplied water separator (WS100) and fuel filter (FF100-2), that mount to the pump, filter your fuel down to a 2 micron rating which surpasses the stock fuel filters filtration capability.
