The AirDog 100GPH A4SPBD001 is the original proven Air/Fuel Separation Cummins lift pump or Fuel Preporator. A lift pump system is a must have for your 1998.5-2004 24V 5.9L Cummins diesel. The fuel system on your 24V diesel truck is the heart of the vehicles performance and reliability. This low pressure Cummins lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction/fuel supply sides hook directly up to the factory quick disconnect fittings on the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly to the VP44 or CP3 injection pump which bypasses the factory block mounted electric pump and fuel filter housing.

The AirDog 100GPH Cummins lift pump will solve the infamous P0087 & P1093 low fuel rail pressure codes. This positive supply of purified fuel being fed to your injection pump will also add performance, throttle response, and longevity to your vehicle. Due to extra stress on your fuel system from either high mileage and/or additional performance modifications, like a tuner or larger injectors, your injection pump can become weak over time. This may result in a drop of performance, reliability, and fuel economy. The supplied water separator (WS100) and fuel filter (FF100-2) that mount to the pump filter your fuel down to a 2 micron rating which surpasses the stock fuel filters filtration capabillity.
